- Hygiene and sanitation instructions provided by our technicians are not followed
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
- Refunds are not provided for completed services, as results depend on hygiene, environment, and customer cooperation.
5. Safety & Precautions
Customers must follow all safety instructions provided before, during, or after treatment. APC Pest Control Services is not liable for damages caused due to non-compliance with safety guidelines.
6. Use of Chemicals
Only government-approved and safe chemicals are used during treatment. However, individuals with allergies, respiratory issues, pregnant women, children, and pets must remain out of the treated area for the advised duration.

Customers must provide safe and adequate access to all areas requiring treatment. We are not responsible for untreated spots due to inaccessible or restricted zones.
